So that is food optimising 100% Monday-Friday. Am I a little disappointed? Yes! I really wanted a decent chunk of Christmas off but it is a loss regardless. My body has always been a bit slow on the uptake so I’m sure some of the rubbish I ate over Christmas was still going on this week too, plus the tapas and sangria on Sunday night! For the first time in a long time I am committing to the plan with no cheat days or meals. I can’t remember the last time I was an angel on a Saturday so I really think I will get a bigger loss a week today.
If I could sustain a 1.5 per week weight loss, I would be at goal by summer anyway which is ultimately my time frame!
What can I commit to for the week ahead to secure a bigger loss?
More water! I have been a bit lapse at times so will make sure I drink a lot more this week.
More gym sessions.
More green tea and less milky tea.
